THE NEW UKRV LEADERS

CONGRATULATION TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN ELECTED AS LEADERS OF UKRV TO LEAD THE TEAM FOR THE 2010/2011 Season.

The team will be led by Miezi as Manager, Fauzi Yassin as Team Captain (kali kedua berturut-turut di beri kepercayaan) and a committee consisting of Black, YM Raja Radzmi, Nik Aziz, Murti & Garrett. We wish the new team leadership greater success in the coming season friendlies and activities of the team .... looking forward to increase the number of friendlies to more than 19 matches and to go INTERNATIONAL this year ..... Kap Kun Kap !

UKRV "Inter-Parents Team" Inaugural Match

The winning team UKRV United led by Captain Fauzi won the UKRV Inter-Parents Team Inaugural Match against UKRV City led by Captain Murti by 4 goals to 1. CONGRATULATION & SYABAS TO THE WINNERS. The goals for UKRV United was scored by Nor Amin, Azhar, Azrul and Mi Kelate (finally!). Meizi scored for UKRV City from the penalty spot in the second half of the game.

To all the players from both teams, congratulation for the true sportsmanship displayed during the entire period of the game .................. till we meet again for this annual game this time around next year, insyallah.

Nor Amin UKRV won the UKRV Top Scorer award for the 2009/2010 season friendlies. He scored a total of 20 goals in 19 matches. Nor Amin was also judged the Man of The Match for the Inter-Parents Team Inaugural Match. He played for UKRV United in the 1st half and for UKRV City in the second half. He contributed a goal for UKRV United when he turn out for them in the 1st half.

UKRV CUP

This is the UKRV CUP, the challenge trophy for this Sunday's UKRV Inter-Parents Team Inaugural match to be played at UKRC field in Kuala Ampang, Ulu Kelang, Selangor Darul Ehsan Malaysia, insyallah. Amacam ..... ada serupa itu European Cup ka??

UKRV "INTER-PARENTS TEAM" INAUGURAL MATCH

To all UKRV players:

Please be informed that the UKRV "INTER-PARENTS TEAM" INAUGURAL MATCH is now confirmed to take place on Sunday 28th February 2010, insyallah, God willingly (pray that we will be granted a good playing condition). Details of the match are as follows:

Participating Teams : Captain Fauzi's Team & Captain Murti's Team

Team Name: Captain Fauzi's Team will be known as UKRV United and Captain Murti's Team will call themselves as UKRV City

Venue: UKRC Field in Kuala Ampang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (next year kita gi Wembley ha! ha! ha!)

Kick-off time: 5.30 pm

Playing format: To be decided on match day (depending on the fitness of the majority of the players)

Fees: RM50.00 per player. Kalau nak bagi lebih pun tak apa. (kena bayarlah bang oi! kena cover referee fees, field rental, makan & minum, medals, trophy etc etc etc etc)

UKRV United players: Fauzi, Abdah, Jinggo, Zulhairi, Ammar, Amir Hamzah, Hatta, Alias Ahmad, Raja Radzmi, Azhar, Ravin, Azrul, Ali Hanafiah, Yusoff, Amir Hamdan, Azmi, Adzrin & Garrett.(Average age of this team is 40 years)

UKRV City players: Murti, Christian, Black, Karu, Nik, Mani, Miezi, Krishnan, Omran, Sulaiman, Mohammad, Rashidi, Shah, Johari, Hashim & Azli Bab (average age of this team is 44 years)

So kalau ikut average age, Team Murti, UKRV City menang by 4 .......

After the final whistle is blown, players will be given their winner & losers Trophy & medals. After the prize giving ceremony, players be treated to tea (makanlah tu!) and therefater proceed to elect the new Team Manager, Captain & Committee members for the next season 2010/2011.

Those named above have confirmed thier participation for their respective team. May I wish all the best to the 2 teams ........ friendly je bang! tak payah nak main bermatian ...... nanti parah dibuatnya. Kalah atau menang pun dapat medal, minum, makan & tangkap gambar, that I can guarantee you.

Match Result - UKRV vs Melawati FC

UKRV 19th and last friendly match of the 2009/2010 season against Melawati FC played this evening at DBKL Field in Wangsa Maju Section 4 ended in a 2 nil defeat for UKRV. Our opponent played well and deserve to win the match. UKRV on the other hand had ample opportunities to score at least 3 goals in the 2nd and 3rd half of the game but the forward could not convert the opportunities into goals and had to settle for a goal drought this time around.


Notice the difference in the color of the hair of the 2 players in green as compared to the one in red jersey.

Anyway, thank you to all the players that turned up to play this evening even though it rained heavily before the kick-off, thank you for your support to the team. 25 players played for UKRV. Most of you made it in time for the delayed kick-off at 5.50pm. Team captain Fauzi also took the trouble to turned up to play even though he had to fly to Seoul later tonight. sempat juga dia main one half.

Pengumuman kepada semua pemain bolasepak UKRV. UKRV will be playing it's 19th game of the 2009/2010 season on Sunday 21st Februari 2010. The details of the friendly game are as follows:

Match Opponent: Melawati FC
Match day : Ahad 21st Februari 2010
Match Kick-off time: 5.30pm
Venue : Padang Bolasepak DBKL, Seksyen 4 Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur
Lokasi padang: Sebelah Sekolah Wangsa Jaya, Seksyen 4, Wangsa Maju.

Diharap pemain2 yang telah confirmed turun padang, diminta sampai kat padang awal and get ready to kick-off at 5.30pm. Kerjasama tuan-tuan amatlah diperlukan. Harap maklum. terima kasih.

UKRV "INTER-PARENTS TEAM" MATCH

The UKRV "INTER-PARENTS TEAM" inaugural match is scheduled to be held on 28th February 2010. Details of the match are as follows:


Teams : The eligible players has been divided into 2 teams which be be headed by Captain Fauzi (019-2819788) & Murti (016-2204606). Please call them to find out the teams you will be playing for.

Date & Venue of the match: Sunday 28th February 2010, UKRC Field.

Mode of play & kick-off time: 3 halves of 25 minutes for each half. Kick-off time 5.00 pm.

Prizes & Post match celebration: UKRV "Inter-Parents Team" Annual Challenge Cup/Trophy will be up for grabs by the winner of the match. All participating players will be given medals. There will also be a "Man of the Match" award. There will be makan after the game (of course lah di dewan UKRC, tak kan kat 5 star hotel pulak, budget kecik bang!).

Fees: It was agreed that we will levy a fee of RM50.00 per player which will cover the cost of field rental, referee fees, prizes & post match celebration.

This will be the last game of the 2009/2010 season. During the post game celebration, players will also be electing a new Manager and 2 team Captains for the 2010/2011 season.

So block out 28th February 2010 in your diary for the "game of the year".

MATCH RESULT

UKRV 18th game against Jollylads this evening played at UKRC field ended in a 3-3 draw. Nor Amin contributed 1 goal in the second half and added another in the 3rd half. Meanwhile Nik Aziz scored 1 in the second half courtesy of a pass from Amin. Tahniah to all the players who played this evening.
